Celebrating the life of former S. Anselm's pupil and gifted Opera Australia costume designer
We have recently been notified that Old Anselmian, Michael Stennett, has passed away. Michael, described as 'without exception, the most important and prolific costume designer in the history of Opera Australia', designed the costumes of Anne of Green Gables
at the New Theatre in London before moving to Australia to begin a glittering and long career, working with the likes of Dame Joan Sutherland.
